Drill holes 1/16 inches less than the diameter of your 11/4 inch wood screws along the outer edges of chipboards at 2-inch intervals. The holes should be placed 3 inches from the edges. Put 11/4-inch wooden screws and fill the screw heads with wood kittens. When the flap is dry, grind easily to prevent shock from appearing through the laminate.
